These pictures do not make justice to this wonderful recipe. A very sponge cake which melts in the mouth within the chocolate and the pistacchios. It's a really nice way of having this American classic. The cake is not very big, 12 squares aproximately. Do not overbake it or it won't be sponge enough. I recommend you to eat it warm insted of completely cool. Some whipped cream or ice cream is not necessary at all!! Hope you like it :)

Brownie de chocolate blanco y pistachos/ White chocolate and pistacchio brownie
Las fotos no hacen justicia ha esta deliciosa receta. Se trata de un bizcocho esponjoso que se deshace en la boca junto con el chocolate blanco y los pistachos. Una forma diferente de tomar este clásico americano. El resultado es un pastel pequeñito de unos 12 cuadraditos. Es importante no hornearlo demasiado, de lo contrario el bizcocho estará muy reseco. Cuando lo saquéis del horno debe parecer que está blandito, sin embargo irá tomando cuerpo a medida que se vaya enfriando. Recomiendo tomarlo templado y en esta ocasión no es necesario acompañarlo de nata o helado. Simplemente, espectacular. Espero que os guste :)
