This is the best apple tart that I have eaten so far. It is based on a recipe by the British Mary Berry who is outstanding. The pastry is great, the apple filling is just excellent and made out of apples basically. Simple ingredients, a healthy way of having fruit and even much better than apple tarts with cream. I highly recommend it :)

Tarta de manzana francesa sin azúcares añadidos/French apple tart no added sugar
Sin lugar a dudas es la mejor tarta de manzana que he probado hasta ahora. Se trata de una receta de la británica Mary Berry. La masa quebrada está en su punto e ideal al corte y el puré de manzanas del relleno es espectacular y muy sano ya que básicamente es ¡manzana!. Ingredientes de andar por casa, una forma sana de tomar fruta, fácil y no tiene nada que envidiarle a las tartas con crema pastelera. Os la recomiendo :)
