The banana and poppy seeds makes this cake taste delicious. You can also have it without the cheese cream. Spread the cream on top when ready to be served. It doesn't last more than a couple of days. Bizcocho de plátano y semillas de amapola/ Banana poppy seed cake
¡Buenas tardes! Os traigo una receta muy anglosajona pero muy fácil de realizar. La mezcla y el contraste entre el dulzor del plátano y las semillas de amapola dan un resultado exquisito que combina a la perfección con la cobertura de queso. Os recomiendo que cubrais el bizcocho con la crema justo antes de servir y no se mantiene mucho más de 48 horas. También podéis tomar el bizcocho sin la crema de queso.
