Whoopies de calabaza y crema de queso/Pumpkin and cream cheese whoopies

¡Hola! Ayer me estrené con los whoopies. Son fáciles de hacer aunque algo entretenidos. Los whoopies son de origen americano. Se dice que las mujeres Amish horneaban estos postres y que los agricultores cuando los veían exclamaban "whoopie!". Se piensa que originalmente estaban hechos con la masa restante de un pastel.  ¡Espero que os guste!

Hi! Here you have my first whoopies! They are easy to make though not very quick. The whoopies have an American origin. It is said that the Amish women would bake them for dessert and that their farmer husbands would shout "whoopie!" when they found them in their lunch. Enjoy!
